All products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified on the product page. For refurbished items, please refer to the warranty details on the individual product page.
Items with faults caused by physical damage, liquid damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

Customer Data Handling
All returned items received on-site will undergo data sanitisation. This ensures all customer data is securely wiped before the device moves to any further processing. For any data-related enquiries, please email [email protected].
Returns Processing Times
Once we've received your returned item at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for processing.
During peak times, processing may take a little longer, but we're on it!
