What's the process of return and replacement?

If your item has developed any faults that is not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, neglect, misuse, normal wear & tear, and it is still within the warranty period covered by the manufacturer, please simply contact Laptop Outlet Warranty support at customerservice@laptopoutlet.co.uk for repairs or exchange.

How many days it will take for the return procedure?

Customize the firmness of the pedals thanks to the different springs included, and the 3 adjustment notches behind each pedal. The non-slip pads stabilize the pedal set on the floor. The pedal set can be upgraded with a third Load Cell pedal thanks to Raceline Pedals Upgrade Kit (sold separately, available soon).
