Ultra-Wide OLED Gaming Display

The Lenovo Legion Pro 34WD-10 is a 34-inch ultra-wide gaming monitor designed around an OLED panel with a 3440 x 1440 WQHD resolution and a 21:9 aspect ratio. Its 800R curvature brings the edges of the screen closer to the users field of view, creating a broad viewing area that can be useful for games, entertainment and multitasking. The monitor supports a 240Hz refresh rate and an extremely fast 0.03ms response time, providing the specifications required for smooth presentation during fast-moving content. The OLED panel offers a 1,500,000:1 typical contrast ratio and 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles. It also features an anti-glare surface. The display has a typical brightness of 275 cd/m², with maximum brightness of 450 cd/m² and peak brightness reaching 1300 cd/m² under specified HDR conditions.

Colour and HDR Performance

The display is designed to provide a wide range of colours and detailed image reproduction across gaming and other visual content. Lenovo specifies 99% sRGB coverage and 98.5% DCI-P3 coverage, with support for 1.07 billion colours and True 10-bit colour depth. Factory calibration is included, with an average Delta E of less than 2 in the sRGB colour space, helping provide consistent colour presentation from the display. The monitor also supports DisplayHDR True Black 400 for compatible high-dynamic-range content, while the OLED panel's high contrast ratio allows darker areas of images to be displayed distinctly. For gaming, the monitor supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, VESA Adaptive Sync and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible technologies. VESA ClearMR 13000 certification is also included. These specifications make the screen suitable for users who want a large, wide display with high refresh performance and broad colour coverage.

Connectivity and USB-C Power

The Legion Pro 34WD-10 provides a wide selection of connections for gaming systems, laptops and peripheral devices. Video inputs include two HDMI 2.1 ports, one of which supports eARC, a DisplayPort 1.4 connection and a USB-C port with DisplayPort 1.4 Alt Mode. The USB-C connection also provides up to 140W of power delivery, allowing a compatible laptop to receive power and display output through a single cable. The monitor incorporates a USB hub with one USB-B upstream port, one USB-C upstream connection, three USB-A downstream ports and two additional USB-C downstream ports. A 2.5Gb Ethernet RJ-45 connection is also included, providing a wired networking option. This combination allows the monitor to act as a central connection point for compatible computers, displays and accessories while reducing the number of separate cables required on a desk.

Multitasking and Gaming Features

The monitor includes several functions designed to support both gaming and multitasking. Lenovos True Split feature allows the large ultra-wide display area to be divided for working with multiple sources or applications, while Picture-in-Picture and Picture-by-Picture modes provide additional ways to display content from different inputs. A built-in KVM switch can help users control compatible computers using the same connected keyboard and mouse, making the monitor practical for setups involving more than one system. The display also incorporates automatic ambient brightness adjustment and a human detection sensor. The latter can detect when a user moves away from the screen and adjust the display accordingly. Integrated stereo speakers provide 2 x 5W output and are certified by Waves MaxxAudio. RGB lighting is positioned along the lower front bezel and can be customised through Lenovos display software.

Adjustable and Ergonomic Design

The Legion Pro 34WD-10 uses a Raven Black design with narrow 1.5mm side, top and bottom bezels and a substantial curved display area. Its stand provides tilt adjustment from -5° to 22°, swivel adjustment of up to 45° in either direction and a height adjustment range of 135mm. The monitor can also be mounted using a standard 100 x 100mm VESA mounting interface, giving users the option of using an alternative arm or wall-mounting solution. The assembled monitor measures approximately 789.6mm wide, 262.9mm deep and up to 577.5mm high when the stand is at its highest position. Without the stand, the display head weighs approximately 6.4kg, while the complete monitor weighs around 8.7kg. Cable management and a headphone hook are integrated into the design, helping keep accessories and cables organised around the workstation.
