To cater for the needs of all customers, we offer two delivery options at checkout so you can choose the one which best suits your requirements.

Please find below our delivery options and the cost if applicable.

Delivery Options

3 to 5 Working Days
Delivery on orders above £150 is free.

Orders below £150 get shipped as ‘Standard Delivery’ at a cost of £4.95.
Delivery for any monitor is £7.95.

Express Delivery:
1-2 working days for any item (excluding monitors) is £9.99
Express Delivery for monitors is at a cost of £14.99

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Scotland can take up to 3-4 working days *Subject to payment clearing before 3pm. Please note working days as standard are Monday to Friday and exclude any Bank Holidays in the UK

Delivery status

When we accept your order, we will do our best to make the delivery within the quoted delivery period. If we do not attempt a delivery within the quoted delivery period and you provided a full and correct delivery address then we may offer a full or partial refund of the delivery fee. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are unable to deliver, then we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. The delivery charge will not be refunded. Should nobody be available to accept the delivery, the courier may attempt another delivery on the next working day available, unless you have already re-arranged a suitable delivery day. After this period we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods on receipt back. The delivery charge will not be refunded. We may send items individually, so if you have ordered more than one item from us it is possible you may receive them on different days.

Item not received?

If you have not received delivery within 5 working days of placing order, please email us at [email protected]. If you do not contact us within 10 days of dispatching the order, it may be too late for us to assist you, as couriers only allow up to 7 days for any delivery disputes. If you recieve your parcel damaged, you would need to report to us with 3 working days of delivery.
