maintenance service in the second year of the plan, plus access to
Canons support desk.
On-site next day service.
The ideal way to minimise business disruption. In the event of a
fault, customers can call the Canon support desk. If the issue cant be
resolved over the phone, or remotely, a qualified service engineer will
be dispatched on-site by the next business day.
