You can choose from 3 payment methods as per your convenience. This includes Debit/credit card, PayPal credit and PayPal Express Checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time is usually between 3 to 5 working days in case you have selected the Free Delivery option. For Express delivery, it will take up to 2 days. All orders should be delivered in the expected delivery window as specified on the delivery option, when selecting during the checkout process.
What's the process of return and replacement?
If your item has developed any faults that is not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, neglect, misuse, normal wear & tear, and it is still within the warranty period covered by the manufacturer, please simply contact Laptop Outlet Warranty support at [email protected] for repairs or exchange.
How many days it will take for the return procedure?
Once we receive your item back at our premises, it may take up to 5 working days to process the return. This could be bit longer during the peak times. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions pertaining your return.
What if my Product is not as described?
In the rare event if your item is not as described, please send us an email at [email protected] with the details and we will organise a free return and a replacement for you.
Can I return or get a refund for my order if I have change of mind?
Yes, we offer refund policy to all Laptop Outlet customers. If you change your mind, you can return the goods at your expense via Insured (to cover the cost of the goods) & Signed for service within 30 days and we will issue full refund.
