Delivery time is usually between 3 to 5 working days in case you have selected the Free Delivery option. For Express delivery, it will take up to 2 days. All orders should be delivered in the expected delivery window as specified on the delivery option, when selecting during the checkout process.

What's the process of return and replacement?

If your item has developed any faults that is not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, neglect, misuse, normal wear & tear, and it is still within the warranty period covered by the manufacturer, please simply contact Laptop Outlet Warranty support at customerservice@laptopoutlet.co.uk for repairs or exchange.

Yes, we offer refund policy to all Laptop Outlet customers. If you change your mind, you can return the goods at your expense via Insured (to cover the cost of the goods) & Signed for service within 30 days and we will issue full refund.
