flight control. This joystick has such a high quality and is so unique
that is has even received an official US Air Force license. Through
3D-magnetic sensors (hall-effect) you enjoy unlimited surgical
precision with 16-bit resolution (65536 x 65536 values). The spiral
pressure-spring system permits stable, linear and fluent tensile
stress without dead zones.
The removable grip is also compatible with the HOTAS COUGAR™ grip. In
case you already possess a HOTAS COUGAR™ joystick, you can get it
exchanged. You can remove the metallic plate depending upon the
application in table or cockpit style.
The buttons and covers were manufactured with realistic pressure and
give the feel like in a real aircraft. 1 x eight-way "POV", 2 x
eight-way head switch, 1 x four-way head switch with pushbutton, 1 x
double-trigger made of metal, 2 x pushbuttons, 2 x pushbuttons for the
little finger are present on the stick unit.
The thrust level also possesses the new H.E.A.R.T Hall Effect AccuRate
technology. The two thrust levers with a hand rest made of metal
possess a locking system and adjustable resistances. Realistic idling
locking and after-burner locking that can be cut-off with "Pull &
Push" system. The thrust lever possesses the following buttons and
switches: 1 x head switch with pushbutton, 1 x eight-way view
perspective head switch, 1 x mouse head-switch with pushbutton and
3D-magnetic sensor (Hall Effect), 1 x eight-way head switch, 1 x
four-way head switch with pushbutton, 1 x pushbutton, 1 x three-way
positioning switch (2 current + 1 permanent), 2 x three-way
positioning switches (3 permanent), 1 x three-way positioning switch
(1 current + 2 permanent).
In the control unit with a weighted base you will find the following
elements in addition: Lighting functions, 5 programmable LEDs, 1 x
TRIM-wheel, 2 x pushbuttons, 5 x two-way positioning switches (2
permanent), 2 x three-way positioning switches (1 current + 2
permanent), 2 x three-way positioning switches (3 permanent).
