Good Points: A link is sent straight to your email. All you have to do is click on it and follow the instructions. Soon after another email is sent with your activation code once entered you're all set what could be easier.
Doing it this way allows you to install 365 on any format. I use a MacBook my daughter uses a windows laptop for college. It installed without issue on both.
Improvement Points: It took about an hour for my activation key to come through.
You can choose from 3 payment methods as per your convenience. This includes Debit/credit card, PayPal credit and PayPal Express Checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time is usually between 3 to 5 working days in case you have selected the Free Delivery option. For Express delivery, it will take up to 2 days. All orders should be delivered in the expected delivery window as specified on the delivery option, when selecting during the checkout process.
What's the process of return and replacement?

How many days it will take for the return procedure?

What if my Product is not as described?
In the rare event if your item is not as described, please send us an email at [email protected] with the details and we will organise a free return and a replacement for you.
Can I return or get a refund for my order if I have change of mind?
Yes, we offer refund policy to all Laptop Outlet customers. If you change your mind, you can return the goods at your expense via Insured (to cover the cost of the goods) & Signed for service within 30 days and we will issue full refund.
