MEDION ERAZER Deputy 15 P1
Performance and Processing
The MEDION ERAZER Deputy
15 P1 is a gaming-oriented laptop designed around a 13th Gen Intel Core
i7-13620H processor. The 10-core processor includes 16 threads and can
reach speeds of up to 4.9GHz, providing a hardware platform suited to
gaming, multitasking, productivity applications, and other demanding
workloads. It is paired with 16GB of DDR5 memory running at 5600MHz,
with two 8GB modules installed. The system also includes NVIDIA GeForce
RTX 5060 dedicated graphics with 8GB of GDDR7 memory, providing a
separate graphics resource for games and graphics-intensive
applications. Windows 11 Home provides the operating environment for
everyday computing, gaming, communication, and entertainment.
Display and Visual
Experience
The laptop features a
15.6-inch Full HD IPS display with a 1920 x 1080 resolution and a 16:9
aspect ratio. The LED-backlit panel has a 144Hz refresh rate, providing
a higher refresh frequency than standard 60Hz displays and making it
suitable for fast-moving games and other content. An anti-reflective
coating is included on the screen surface for everyday viewing. The
display is non-touch and uses IPS technology, providing a conventional
laptop viewing experience for games, videos, applications, browsing, and
other digital content. Its 15.6-inch size provides a practical balance
between screen area and portability, while the Full HD resolution works
alongside the dedicated graphics hardware for gaming and general visual
workloads.
Storage and Graphics
Storage is provided by a
1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD using an M.2 2280 form factor. This provides space
for games, applications, documents, media, and other digital files while
using solid-state storage technology. The laptop's dedicated NVIDIA
GeForce RTX 5060 graphics card includes 8GB of GDDR7 memory, providing
additional graphics resources separate from the system's 16GB RAM. Intel
UHD Graphics is also included as integrated graphics. The combination of
dedicated graphics, DDR5 memory, and NVMe SSD storage gives the system a
specification suitable for gaming and other workloads that can benefit
from additional graphics processing and fast local storage.
Connectivity and
Communication
The ERAZER Deputy 15 P1
provides a range of connections for external displays, peripherals,
networking, and audio equipment. Its ports include USB 2.0, USB 3.2 Gen
1 Type-A, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, and USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C. The Type-C
connection supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode, while HDMI 2.1 and Mini
DisplayPort provide additional display connectivity. A Gigabit Ethernet
port is available for wired networking, and Wi-Fi 6E provides wireless
network connectivity. Bluetooth 5.2 supports compatible wireless
accessories. The laptop also includes a combined headphone and
microphone connection, a built-in microphone, and two integrated
speakers. A 720p HD front camera is provided for video communication and
online meetings.
Design and Practical
Features
The laptop uses a black
clamshell design with a combination of metal and plastic housing
materials. It measures approximately 361mm wide, 247mm deep, and 25.8mm
high, with a listed weight of around 2.24kg. A 53Wh lithium-ion battery
provides portable power, while the included 180W AC adapter supplies the
system when connected to mains power. The keyboard includes a numeric
keypad and RGB backlighting, adding illumination and providing a
full-size layout for typing and numerical input. A Kensington security
slot and TPM support are also included. With its combination of
dedicated graphics, high-refresh-rate display, multiple connectivity
options, and illuminated keyboard, the Deputy 15 P1 provides a versatile
configuration for gaming and general-purpose computing.
