and powerful 8th generation Intel i5 processor inside a slim chassis,
our engineers had to invent a brand-new cooling system using
state-of-the-art components such as a liquid-crystal-polymer fan
impeller thats just 0.3mm thick and a copper-alloy heat pipe with walls
a mere 0.1mm thick. This innovative cooling system is a mere 3mm thick,
and the warm air is gently routed through hidden vents in the hinge for
efficient, serenely quiet cooling even under full load.

extra-large 14-inch display. ZenBook 3 Deluxe is constructed from
premium, aerospace-grade aluminium alloy. This grade of alloy is 50%
stronger than standard alloy, allowing the ZenBook 3 Deluxe to have an
amazingly thin 12.9mm profile and weigh only 2.4lbs. ASUS Zenbook 3
Deluxe features 0.55mm thick Corning Gorilla Glass 5, which is the
toughest cover glass yet while delivering the damage resistant Gorilla
Glass is known for.

To keep the display lightweight and ultra-slim, yet tough, we covered it
with just 0.4mm of super-strong Corning Gorilla Glass 4, which is twice
as thin as standard cover glass.

Fitting a 14-inch Full HD
display into a 13-inch frame wasnt easy. One of the keys to achieving
this for ZenBook 3 Deluxe is its NanoEdge ultra-narrow display bezel,
which is just 7.46mm wide. This allows the biggest possible screen area,
giving ZenBook 3 Deluxe a class-leading 84% screen-to-body ratio.
Wide-viewing-angle technology ensures undistorted colour and great
contrast at viewing angles up to 178°, for easy collaboration and screen
sharing. This superb display with its realistic colour reproduction and
crisp detail must be seen to be believed. The wide 100% sRGB colour
gamut and TV-grade 1000:1 contrast ratio ensure more-vivid,
