Improvement Points: Laptop failed upon startup twice in the first 10 days.
Display screen is poor quality - dimly lit and the colours are out of whack.
No pen included.

Good Points: Quick startup. All works as it should now.
Improvement Points: Within the first week, it stopped logging in. I had to do a system restore. Sometimes the keyboard doesn't work properly too.
Works now but frustrating.
