Good Points: So far so good: it was easy to set up, Office installed correctly and it connects to the internet. It's mainly for Word and Excel so nothing is going to tax the graphics that much, but they are crystal clear so no complaints.

Improvement Points: This may be personal but I can't abide touch pads so I would say definitely get a mouse.
