Good Points: Brilliant laptop for the money
Improvement Points: Shipped by supplier with out of date software (windows windows 20h2) for a relatively new laptop model. No windows updates were possible. Had to spend 2 hours with Microsoft support diagnosing, eventually having to install 21h2.
