This is bare bones - you need to add memory, storage and an OS. I added
Kingston FURY Impact 32GB (2 x 16GB) 3200MHz SODIMM DDR4 RAM
WD BLACK SN770 1TB SSD M.2 2280 NVME PCI-E GEN4 SOLID STATE DRIVE

This is a brilliant little thing. It is tiny and so far it is everything I need. All the ports I need and very quick.
