Powerful and
portable
Whether you're working on your latest project or just kicking
back and streaming content, the Acer Aspire 5 A514-54 14"
Laptop delivers all the power you need. The 11th gen
Intel® Core i5 processor helps your apps load super fast, so you can
multitask with ease.
With the 256 GB SSD, you'll get a speedier, more reliable experience
than you would with a regular hard drive. Plus, there's plenty of room
for your photos, music and files.
Stylish chassis
The Aspire 5 looks and feels great.
It has a slim and elegant aluminium case, with a sandblasted silver
finish.
What's more, it features an elevated hinge that lifts the body when you
open the lid. That makes for comfortable typing, and helps with cooling
by improving airflow at the same time.
Vibrant visuals
The 14" Full HD screen delivers vibrant visuals with
true-to-life colours. And the thin bezel won't distract you from your
Netflix binging session.
There's even the option to use Cortana, who responds to voice commands
to keep you ultra-productive while you work (or just to help when you're
feeling lazy).
Powerful Productivity
The Aspire 5 packs a lot of power into the chassis with a choice of either Intel® or AMD processors, and either NVIDIA® or AMD graphics. With up to 24GB memory, users have all the power to suit your multi-tasking needs.
Plenty of Space
Users have plenty of power and storage to carry out their tasks with up to1TB of fast-loading M.2 PCIe SSD and up to 2TB HDD.
Visibly Stunning
Thanks to the narrow border and an 81.61% screen-to-body ratio, you can enjoy color-rich Full HD IPS. To further enhance visual appearance and protect users eyes, it includes Acer Color Intelligence.
Fast Communication
Users get easy updates to the latest information with a full range of connectivity options. Dual band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) improves the average network throughput by up to 3 times and reduces latency by up to 75% compared to Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac).
The Latest Connectivity
Through the use of USB-C users get superfast data transfer over SuperSpeed USB 5Gbps. It also includes a total of four USBs: one USB 2.0 port and an HDMI 2.0 port and two SuperSpeed USB 5Gbps Type A ports one of which can be used for offline charging.
Professional Appearance
The slim 17.95mm laptop has a professional appearance with its sandblasted aluminum cover and multiple color options to fit your own sense of style.
Sounds Great
Sound is of importance when communicating and listening. This laptop has been designed and certified to work with Cortana. For enhanced sound quality it also comes with Acer True Harmony.

Good Points: really easy to set up
compact and easy to carry around
fast processor, loads up quickly
I am finding windows 11 fine so far, not too much of a difference, just the initial getting used to the layout.
Improvement Points: Obviously the screen is smaller, so more scrolling down to do on items such as online forms, websites, etc
I often hit the shut down (on/off) key when trying to hit delete.
