Purchased this laptop for my mother, who is not the best with technology. previously she was using an un-updated windows 10 laptop, on a 13in touch screen device that was 8 years old. With this device the larger screen, faster processor and in built google features (standard on a chromebook but new to her) have been a game changer. She's already more confident using this device and has considerably more free time as a result. A truly faltless purchased.

Laptop died after three short uses. Hopefully it was a rouge product but it started slow and just went downhill from there ending up with just a black screen.

Acer is just an average laptop. It's best for lightweight work due to slow processing and a poor battery life. If your budget is small but you need a laptop, then it will do. But if you can afford something better, don't settle.
