Good Points: Ordered an A grade laptop.. it Arrived the ‘ N ‘ key kept cutting the computer out when pressed.. went through reset, that still didn’t resolve the issue
Very disappointed!
Improvement Points: If buying an A grade, you expect it to work pretty much like new, double checking the computers work before sending out would be helpful

Good Points: It is light. Easy to use.
Improvement Points: Turning on - Often have to turn on and off twice for computer to come on. Not sure if you can add additional memory. Instructions not very good or helpful.
