My only fault is in the designing of the keyboard it has light coloured lettering making it near on impossible to read in various lighting if this was corrected with a backlit keyboard or darker keys then overall laptop is fine had to return it for a different brand!

The battery life is disappointing. I only get 3 hours of use after full charge. 50 minute video call consumed 50% of battery. Even I used it in battery performance and with 35 percent brightness I can't get 5 hours of use, it was max 4 hours. I returned laptop for refund
